These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at panel-aldercore.click and any reporting engagement entered into with Aldercore Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Aldercore," "we," "us"). By using this website or confirming a written engagement letter, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Aldercore provides operational reporting services for manufacturing quality teams, including shift-handover report preparation, SPC chart configuration, facilitated Pareto review sessions, and executive quality briefings. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

2. Website use

This website is informational. It describes our reporting services and allows you to submit a contact brief. Submitting a brief does not create a binding contract. No payment, checkout, or subscription is processed through this website.

3. Intellectual property

Report templates, chart configurations, and documentation created specifically for your engagement become yours upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in your engagement letter. Aldercore retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, generic layout frameworks, and internal tools used to produce deliverables. You may not resell our templates to third parties without written consent.

Website content, branding, and original writing remain the property of Aldercore. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to your facility, relevant data exports, and designated quality personnel for interviews and training. Delays in data delivery or site access may shift project timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you supply; Aldercore reports reflect the data provided.

5. Limitation of liability

Aldercore's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our reports support quality decision-making but do not replace your internal engineering judgment or regulatory obligations.

6. Confidentiality

We treat plant data, defect records, and unpublished quality metrics as confidential. We do not share client-specific data with other clients. Anonymized layout examples may be shown to prospective clients only with your written approval.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
