How we price reporting engagements
Our rates reflect on-site time, analyst seniority, and recurring delivery cycles. Every quote follows a brief review — we do not publish fixed prices for full plant rollouts because line count and data quality vary too widely.

Estimate factors we ask about in your brief: number of production lines, shifts per day, defect code complexity, whether MES exports are available or data is manual, travel distance from Seoul, and audit calendar deadlines. Rush engagements within four weeks of a customer audit may carry a 15% scheduling premium — disclosed before you confirm.
Payment and invoicing
Flagship packages invoice 40% on engagement confirmation, 40% at pilot completion, and 20% at full rollout sign-off. Recurring monthly briefings invoice on the 1st of each month. We accept bank transfer in KRW. No card payment or checkout is available on this website — all billing is handled by invoice after scope agreement.
Combined engagements
Plants bundling shift-handover setup with quarterly Pareto sessions receive a 10% reduction on session fees for the first contract year. Ask when submitting your brief.
