Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to reporting engagements with Aldercore Analytics Co., Ltd.. It does not apply to informational website use, which is free.

1. Engagement deposits

Flagship shift-handover packages require a 40% deposit on engagement confirmation. Deposits reserve analyst calendar time and cover initial site visit scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable once the first on-site visit has occurred, except where Aldercore cancels the engagement.

2. Cancellation by client

If you cancel before the first on-site visit, we refund the deposit minus a ₩200,000 scheduling administration fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@panel-aldercore.click.

If you cancel after the first on-site visit but before pilot delivery, we refund unearned portions of fees paid, minus work completed at our standard hourly rates disclosed in your engagement letter.

3. Cancellation by Aldercore

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, we refund all prepaid fees for undelivered work within 14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Rescheduling and no-shows

Site visits may be rescheduled with at least 5 business days' notice at no charge. Rescheduling with less notice may incur a ₩350,000 rebooking fee if analyst travel was already arranged.

Client no-shows for scheduled on-site sessions without 24-hour notice forfeit that session's allocated fee. We will attempt to reschedule once at no additional travel charge if notice is provided in advance.

5. Recurring monthly services

Executive quality briefings and other monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once data collection for that cycle has begun (typically after the 28th of the prior month).

6. Work already started

Partial refunds are not available for completed deliverables, delivered report cycles, or facilitated sessions that have already taken place. Draft templates submitted for your review constitute work in progress and are non-refundable once approved for pilot use.

7. Materials and travel

Pre-purchased travel arrangements or third-party printing costs incurred specifically for your engagement are non-refundable once booked. These items are listed separately on invoices when applicable.

8. Dissatisfaction with deliverables

If deliverables do not match the agreed scope in your statement of work, notify us within 10 business days of delivery. We will revise at no additional charge. Refunds are considered only if we cannot remedy the scope gap after two revision rounds.

9. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original bank account used for payment. You will receive email confirmation when the transfer is initiated.
